BREAKFAST LOUNGE BY PAISANA

A la carte breakfast made from scratch with local and seasonal products designed and prepared by the Paisana team. Our menu consists of a mix of sweet and savoury healthy dishes. You may choose 2 dishes, in addition to a drink (coffee or tea). The menu changes every season, to make it sustainable, only seasonal and local products will be used in its confection, some grown by ourselves and others made by friendly suppliers.

The elaborations will be made at the moment maintaining the freshness and quality of each one of them. The Paisana kitchen team must receive requests from guests with a minimum notice of 24 hours. The service will have an estimated duration of 1.5 hours between 08:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

GROCERY BOX

We guarantee the support by Quinta Paisana in case of need of grocery delivered at the property. Quinta Paisana was born in 2022 with the aim of cultivating the vegetables and fruits in an ecological way. With a cultivated area of 600m2, it is included in a multidisciplinary space around love for the product and its origin.

Our guests consume vegetables harvested on the same day.

GASTRO EXPERIENCE WITH LA MILLA

Gastronomy and experiences around the table play a key role in the way of life of Casa Manuela thanks to the diversity of its regional cuisine. The food made with organic and seasonal products are cooked live; local fish and seafood, diverse vegetables and fruit and the heart and soul of Andalusian gastronomic culture.

La Milla offer a menu based on fresh produce and a modern cuisine that breaks with the stereotypes of the usual beach bars. They work with the fruits of the nearby seas, doing what they do best: rice dishes, skewers, fried food... To this equation they add the suggestions of the day or the wine cellar with more than 900 national and international references.

We want to bring La Milla closer to Casa Manuela. The main pillar of La Milla has always been the product and through the technique to bring out its essence.

Enjoy the different yoga styles offered at our Rooftop Terrace or at the beach. Our Yogi expert will come to the House to practice with you and take you to a dimension of serenity and mindfulness. Classes are taught in small groups of up to five people, but private lessons are also available for booking.

TREK, HIKE & BIKE

Who does not enjoy tailor-made guided walks through the top of Juanar o 'Caminito del Rey' with personalized routes. When you see the peak of Juanar from the coast, maybe you will feel the desire to walk up to the top. We will pick you up at Casa Manuela and take you to the starting point, then we will walk up to the peak, surrounded by nature and fantastic views.

Caminito del Rey is a walkway between Ardales and Alora in Málaga, pinned along the side of the gorge and is more than three kilometers long. The walkway pass through mountains, hanging bridges, glass and wooden passages. At the height of 105 meters above the river we can see a canyon. It is unique and exceptional. The walkway was inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII and used for the construction of the Guadalhorce reservoirs.

There are also two options for bike activities, one is a tour in the Nature Park Sierra de Las Nieves in Serranía de Ronda, and the other is a downhill bike adventure in one of Costa del Sol's highest points in the Serranía de Ronda.

WINE & CHEESE TASTING

CASA MANUELA BEACH CLUB BY SALDUNA

Just a 3 minute walk from Casa Manuela, you will find one of the most discreet and elegant Chiringuitos on the Costa del Sol. Salduna is known for its “savoir faire” in a unique setting with different spaces in which to lose yourself, while enjoying Mediterranean fusion cuisine, live music every Friday and the best sunsets.

Salduna is the Beach Club of Casa Manuela, and therefore the following services are offered exclusively to our guests:

Sunbeds & Lunch & Dinner:

Casa Manuela guests will have the possibility of making reservations of sunbeds on the beachfront to enjoy a full day at the beach.

They will also have an exclusive service for lunch or dinner reservations at the restaurant.

Sunset Picnic:

At Casa Manuela its offered exclusively for our guests, the possibility to enjoy a sunset picnic where you can taste a special selection of cheeses, seasonal fruit and crudités marinated with a good champagne, the best Spanish wine or natural juices while watching the wonderful reddish sky that gives us the sunset of Marbella.
